Fuel injection pump of diesel engine fuel supply system is the " heart ". Fuel injection pump precision coupling card lag, would result in an engine speed instability, serious when can cause engines to stall and a runaway accident.

Fuel pump seizing

The old fuel pump, which causes stagnation card for diesel is not clean, the plunger with the plunger between the sets of mechanical impurities, or the surface of the plunger with the plunger sleeve to be strained, or plunger bump top corner being generated by burr.

The new fuel pump, the card lag for the following reasons:

( 1) at present, some manufacturers of fuel injection pump and fuel injection pump repair units in the debugger, do not pay attention to high-quality diesel engine, which used to debug the actual glial content of the larger, higher acidity. After this adjustment, the fuel injection pump parts with precision even with a layer of residual surface adhesion of the film. Card lag process
